I think I have a real problem
I am constantly thinking about food: when I am going to eat next, what I’m going to eat, craving foods that I shouldn’t be eating.
I saw something on here about food addiction, so I looked into it, and found Overeaters Anonymous
It seems like something that really fits my problem. But I don’t know if I want to go to meetings or anything like that.
