to eat 100% healthy
lately, i’ve been doing really good throughout the day, but then having major slipups for dinner. it has really hindered my progress. this week my weight has fluctuated a little, but i’ve only lost half a pound

I just recently had this problem too. I found that writing out what I was going to eat for breakfast, snack, lunch, etc… was really helpful. It felt stupid but I stuck with it and didn’t gorge or eat something unhealthy for dinner.(:
